Carlos Hernández Contreras

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, 23rd October 1967. Attorney member of the Dominican Bar Association since 1991, and Founder Partner of Law Firm Hernandez Contreras, Herrera & Associates. Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University Madre and Maestra (PCUMM) School of Law.

Education:
Master in Labor Laws (LL.M) from the University of Paris 1 – Pantheon-sorbonne (2005), and Master in Management of Social Security Systems, from the University of Alcala, Spain (2004), and J. D. from the National UniversityPedro Henríquez Ureña, Santo Domingo (1991).

Practice Areas:
Litigation in general, and Procedural Law in all kind of laws: Commercial Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, etc.
